We provide a leak rectification service. This normally requires the removal and refitting of the glass. We do not accept any liability for any damage to the glass. This work is undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk. We take all reasonable care while undertaking this process. Our technicians are amongst the most experienced in the industry.
There are several factors that could cause the glass to break while being removed including but not limited to, poor quality glass, poorly installed glass, small undetected stone damage especially near the edge of the glass, glass becomes brittle with age due to UV exposure.
As a rule, we like to quote for a new screen to ensure the customer is fully aware of the cost should the glass break on removal.
We have a 95% success rate on the removal and refitting of front windscreens.

We provide an onsite glass replacement service for HGV commercial vehicles, windscreens and side windows. Workshop conditions are required when undertaking this work, to produce a well fitted windscreen without leaks etc we need good working conditions.
